Extraordinary weekend lunch, simple and 100 % organic. I got some organic chicken the other day from a close by farm and I grind it myself.
I grabbed some organic basil from my garden in the backyard and turned my ingredients into exciting, amazing and tasteful food.
I added some alderwood smoked sea salt to make my chicken smokey and earthy making it more appetizing.
My raised garden bed, not even that fancy. I just use some old used tiles.
