My recipe: Delicious dessert Brownie.
Recipe for cooking brownie is a very popular chocolate dessert. The main difference is that the brownies should remain slightly damp inside, so they can not be kept in the oven for long. To make brownie, I used dark chocolate. Chocolate brownies are sure to please the guests.



Ingredients:
Butter - 150 g
Dark chocolate 70% - 250 g
Sugar - ¾ cups
Flour - ½ cup
Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
Egg - 3 pieces

Preparation:
In a water bath, melt the butter and chocolate and allow to cool. Do not let butter and chocolate boil. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar for 3 minutes. Add whipped egg mixture to the cooled chocolate and mix everything until smooth. Pour flour with baking powder and mix well. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour mixture into the mold. Bake brownie cake for 20 minutes.
