I understand Your nostalgia about customer service as it was before. Progress does not stand still. Our life is changing rapidly. I love sushi ( or what we in Russia called "sushi" ) . It is possible that they are too different from Japanese sushi. But we love. We can also try and in fast food establishments and in specialized Japanese restaurants.
