Cancer is a common disease in our world, cancer is caused by diffrent ways. But some foods play a main role in cancer promoting. These foods cause cancer and promote the cancer cells in human, these foods contain a small quamtity of carcinogens, that cause cancer in human. So today i am going to inform my steemit friends about those foods that cause pr promote cancer in human.
Here are some foods that cause cancer in human.
Hydrogenated oil.
peoples like hydrogenated oil because it is present in liquid form.
But during hydrogenation process we use nickle catalyst for the conversion of solid fat into liquid.
After hydrogenation process residues of nickle are remain in the oil, and nickle is main source of cancer in human.
Alcohol.
Small quantity of alcohol is not dangreous for health, because it protect the human from heart diseases. But if we consume large quantity of alcohol it cause cancer. According to united state of america doctors study alcohol contain a small quantity of carcinogenic compounds. if we consume large quantity of alcohol it cause cancer.
Saturated fat.
Saturated fat contain single bond, in his composition, if we in other way unsaturated fat contain double bond between molecules. Unsaturated fat is easily digestible, but saturated fat contain single bond and for the digestion of this fat more energy is required to stomach. Our stomach cannot digest the fat properly, and this fat enter in our veins and other parts of body and cause cancer.
preserve meat.
Meat is preserved with the help of diffrent chemicals. After cooking we consume the meat, and chemical compounds that used for preservation enter in our body, and cause cancer.
Bread
During manufacturing of bread, we use diffrent chemicals in bread dough for the leavnenig process.
we use baking powder and yeast for the leavening process.
High amount of baking powder is very dangreous for health. High consumption of bread cause cancer in human.
