In all honesty, even though I signed up for Amy's newsletter way before Christmas, I've only just got round to checking out her website properly...
...and boy am I beaming with delight and admiration right now! Yes, this is our well-loved as we know her on Steemit, but guys she's alive and busy elsewhere online too, and her stuff is REALLY worth taking the time to discover.
Not only is Amy's website eatlove.live jam-packed with all kinds of wonderful information, recipes, courses, blog, and lots more, it's also BEAUTIFUL! Beautiful to look at, and also gorgeous to peruse, as when you scroll down everything unfolds in this really lovely way... oh, you'll have to check it out for yourself and you'll see exactly what I mean!
(Note: FYI, Amy hasn't bribed me to say nice things, she doesn't even know I'm reviewing it!... these are my genuine and honest opinions about a wonderful website!)
Amy's Recipes...
The tab I clicked on first was 'recipes'... since I am mad about Amy's food and photography. Not only are her recipes always super nutritious and attractive, but they're straight-forward too, and never pretentious in the slightest bit. Anyone can follow any of these recipes, no problem. There's a wonderful selection of recipes here - breakfasts, lunches, dinners, smoothies - and she includes really clear directions so we can make them for ourselves. Awesome!

One, Two, Three FREE e-Books!...
Not only does she give away such a lot of recipes on the website, but she also offers us these three amazing e-books for FREE!

Amy's Blog...
Here she gives all kinds of great information, and there's ever so many topics, such as:
'How to Survive in a Non-Vegan Household'
'How Meditation Can Change Your Life'
'Cacao vs Cocoa - Aren't They The Same Thing?'
She seems to have a natural knack for explaining everything in a really clear way (we all come across utterly confusing websites, yes?!) and I really enjoyed reading through them. Now armed with new information I can apply it to my lifestyle, and there's plenty to ponder!
Work With Me...
One of the most fantastic elements to this website is the opportunity to get help from Amy to become the healthiest you. It's not that easy to make changes, especially if we haven't the first clue where to begin! Do we tackle diet first, or exercise, or do some detoxing, or what??? Thankfully Amy is happy to help us with these things.
The courses she offers are:
Not only can she help with the initial steps, but she can help to achieve a way of living that suits us; that enables us to stay healthy, maintain a healthy weight, or deal with diet issues in ways that work for us as individuals. The aim is to make these permanent changes - not merely just a few weeks of skinny jeans until we give up and stuff our faces with cake again, and then we have to dig out the fat pants. No! - you can chuck out those fat pants if you really want to! Hooray for a healthy future!
An Invitation FOR US To Write For Amy's Website!...
Many of you already write regular blogs on Steemit on all kinds of health topics, and here is an invitation from Amy to share what you know with all the followers of her website too. Fantastic!
All-in-all I am thoroughly impressed with what EatLove.Live has to offer. I think websites like this are absolutely invaluable in today's world, and can really help people to change their lives permanently.
Amy is living proof that her methods work, as we can clearly see how healthy she looks, and we also know how the positive affects of her lifestyle spill over into all who encounter her. On Steemit we regularly see the meals she makes and shares with friends, and as she lets us in on this pretty intimate aspect of her life, we too reap the benefits. Thank you Amy! And five stars for your website!!!
