Meatballs:
500 gr. of Ground beef
½ cup bread crumbs or grated
2 beaten eggs
¼ cup of Parmesan Cheese
Chopped onion
Green paprika
Parsley
Salt
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Olive oil
340 gr. of Tomato Paste
455 gr. of Tomato Sauce
Chopped onion in cubes
Paprika chopped in cubes
¼ cup of Red Wine cooking
¼ cup of Water
2 tbsp of sugar
Parmesan cheese to taste
Garlic powder
Salt
Parsley
Black pepper

Meatballs:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead until well integrated.
- Prepare the meatballs with a diameter of approximately 5 centimeters.
- Coast olive oil in a pan and add the meatballs.
- Cook until they brown on each side.
- Remove from heat and reserve.

Sauce: - Spray the Onion and Paprika in a splash of oil until golden brown.
- Then, add the sauce and tomato paste. Cook over low heat for about 3 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except the Parsley and the Parmesan Cheese.
- Cook over low heat until it takes consistency.
- A few minutes before turning off, add the Parsley and Cheese.
- Serve hot next to your Pasta and enjoy.
