I'm going to talk about venezuelan food.
AREPAS
Venezuelan food is very diverse, but, the popular saying goes: “There’s nothing more Venezuelan than an arepa”.
and for that reason the arepa can not be absent in our blog.
Arepas are these sort of small pitas made with corn flour and filled with a variety of ingredients as: Cheese, Pork, Black Beans, avocado, meat, eggs, Jam, etc. They are perfect for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
PABELLÓN CRIOLLO
It's a national dish, It consists of Rice, Pulled Beef and Black Beans. Also you can eat it with plantains or a fried egg on top. It's a delicious
CACHAPA
It's a maize pancake tradicional venezuelan dish, Cachapas are traditionally eaten with queso de mano, Pork chicharrón on the side and butter. particularly It's my favourite venezuelan food, I love them.
