Ingredients:
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 red chillies, sliced thin angle
100 g prawns
500 ml coconut milk
1 bay leaf
1 cm sheet of galangal, bruised right
2 sheets leaf Orange
250 g young Jack fruit, coarsely chopped, boiled until tender
3 strands of string beans, cut into pieces
Puree:
3 grains candlenut
5 grains of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm turmeric
2 tsp salt
How to make:
• Saute seasoning smooth until aromatic.
• Add red chilies, bay leaf, lime leaves and galangal. Stir until fragrant.
• Enter the shrimp, mix well until it changes color.
• Enter the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
• Add the young jackfruit and long beans.
• Cook until the coconut milk terserao exhausted.
• Lift and serve warm.
