Being in Poland, especially with the family, is a beautiful tradition of preparing dishes or delicacies together. A wonderful moment with my husband's aunt while preparing small delicious donuts that taste amazing and are very easy to make. The hospitality of Polish society is very high, it says "whatever we’ve got, you’re welcome to it"
Poles like to eat, but it must be very tasty and looking impressive.

Recipe
Mini donuts with cheese
Ingredients for about 42 donuts:
Cake:
240g of wheat flour
150g of ground curd (I used sandwich-cheese cottage cheese)
60g of sugar
30g of candied orange peel or a mixture of candied peels
1 flat teaspoon of soda
1 egg
Additionally:
frying oil
powdered sugar for sprinkling
paper towels
- Ingredients for a dough to knead by hand (a dense dough rise).
- Form balls of the size of a walnut or even smaller ones from the dough (this is important because larger donuts do not bake in the middle) .
- Pour oil and heat into the pan. When it is very hot (you will feel its smell), reduce the heat and fry the balls into a dark - golden color. After removing from the oil, drain them on paper towels.
- Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
