Simply my sister make the best cheesecake ever.
I will tell you something, she will give me a proportions and etc, but this never turns into anything close to what she does.
So I will share her beautiful strawberry cheesecake.
One tip which is great for summer puddings. Blend the strawberries and mix with jelly. This was the best part of cheesecake :)
