This recipe is also very common in the mandocas, the mandoca is a very traditional food here in Zulia-Venezuela, its preparation is very easy I will be showing them the photos step by step, so that they will be a little easier to prepare , this dish can be made for any occasion I usually do it for breakfast and tea.

° Crush the banana in a cup.
