I'm Marius today I take you on a tour of my kitchen. I'm taking you this time to serve breakfast. I chose some of the simplest and quickest recipe, especially those you can do without the help of argaz, because if you are not as early as me, you will choose to sleep for 10 minutes, rather than cooking something. to start in the morning with something that would make my taste buds tickle, as if I was pampered, and that's what I'm afraid of during the day, because I remember that I was already in the joke of happiness :) )
Avocado with posing eggs
ingredients:
½ avocado
½ lemon
2 eggs
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 buns of seeds
salt pepper
Instructions:
The avocado fruit cleanses the shell, passes with a fork (choose a well-baked avocado, otherwise you will encounter weights). Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
For egg, put a liter of boiled water and add vinegar.
After the water begins to boil, the fire is reduced and it is expected until all the boiling bubbles disappear.
The eggs are broken into a mug in turn, then slowly pour into the fertile water.
Leave for about 4 minutes to keep the yolk soft.
The recipe above is fabulous, that's fine with avocado and eggs. I am comfortable with both of them, only the eggs do not eat very often and when they do it is in the combination - omelette (in my part of Transylvania I call it - pope) with mallow. The avocado fruit I found many years ago when a lady who worked in Austria told us she was eating bread and put a bowl of green paste on the table. Since then, I've never ate such an avocado.
