It took me practically 30 minutes to prepare this dinner comprising of zucchini noodles (zoodles), steamed fish, broccoli, cauliflower and 'tahini'/sesame seed butter sauce.
Ingredients for Tahini Sauce
- Sesame seed butter/Tahini 1 Tbsp
- Lemon juice 2/3 Tbsps or as desired
- Himalayan pink salt to taste
- Garlic 2-4 cloves
- Pepper to taste
- Water as desired
Remaining Ingredients
- Markerel fish 1 medium-sized
- Broccoli 3/4 cup or 5-10 florets
- Cauliflower 3/4 cup or 5-10 florets
- Zucchini 0.22 kg
