Are you sick and tired of the traditional method of egg frying or boiling? Here, I present to you egg muffins prepared in an innovative and fun way.
EGG MUFFINS
Ingredients: ü Fresh whole eggs (6) ü Egg white (optional) ü Vegetables e.g broccoli, cauliflower. Red bell pepper. ü Salt, baking soda, pepper, butter, seasoning.
Instructions: Crack the 6 eggs and release the contents in a bowl. Add egg white (if you have, fresh or dry). Add salt, pepper and seasonings (if you want). Whisk contents very well. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease your muffin pan very well with the butter. Lastly add all vegetables and gently stair them into you egg mixture. Use an ice-cream spoon to add 2 scoops into each section of the muffin pan. Place the pan in the pre-heated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Voila! Your egg muffins are ready! Enjoy!
