Here's a dish I made with blue crabs the other day. Blue crabs are one of the seafoods I eat frequently in Pakistan. I think they are harvested locally because they are always cheap.
Ingredients:
- Blue crab meat
- Tomato sauce
- Garlic
- Dill
Chop the garlic and fry it in olive oil. Add the tomato sauce and cook it until it's thick. Add the crab meat in the middle and sprinkle chopped dill. You can read (and watch) how I extract crab meat here: http://www.masakiokamoto.com/2017/06/06/seafood-in-pakistan-blue-crab/
