It's a bless to meet you again steemians! Well, today I would like to share a simple "Fruit in Jelly" recipe. Hope you enjoy itπ
So, let's get started! π
The ingredients:
β1. Agar-agar jelly, 1 pack
β2. Sugar, terserah ajah π
β3. Water, 3 glasses for 1 pack of agar-agar, medium size glass
β4. Fruit, you can chose any of your favorite fruitπ
The tools:
1β. Stove π of courseππ
2β. A pot
β3. Spoon
4β. A mold to mold the jelly, I use the round one.
β5. A plate
How to make:
β1. Cut the fruit in small bites size. Put it in the mold. Put it aside.
β2. Mix 1 pack of agar-agar jelly with water. Do this before heating the water, because if you add jelly when the water is boiling, the jelly will lump up.π
3β. Put it on the stove with medium heat.
βBoil the mixture till boiling. Use your spoon to check wether the jelly is cooked enough.
4β. Before turning off the stove, add some sugar.
β5. Wait until the jelly is at the room temperature. If you directly pour the jelly when it is hot, it will cook your fruit and you won't that happen.
β6. Pour it into the mold.
Steemian, you will see this shape of cake when you mold the jelly on the plate up side down. So the very bottom side of the cake will be the top. Like this.

The shape of your jelly can be different according to the mold shape. So, it could be square if you use a square mold, like this one:

I cooked it the same way as the round one, but with different mold and fruit.π
Well, it is delicious when you eat it cool, but it becomes more delicious when you eat it with someone you love. Lolπππ
