Hello Steemits, it is no secret the plight of Venezuela! very little amount of food that can be purchased

for this reason we do improvisations here to eat.

here I show you step by step a "arepa of pope " to prepare.

ingredients:

• cornflour
• rice cream
• 1 pope

first parboiled potatoes in water, then peel when cooked, and this cold

then placed in a rate for pureeing

are added 2 tablespoons cornstarch

add 3 tablespoons cream of rice

everything is mixed well

you are going slowly adding water and compacted to look like a small white sphere

then it takes 20 minutes toaster of "arepa"
