I love hearing about Rene. I was introduced to him through the show 'mind of a chef,' which I strongly recommend. They take you into the test kitchen located in a boat across the street. He had recently done work in Australia...? interested to see what's next. I work at a Scandinavian restaurant right now in Minnesota.
