Sinigang na Hipon is one of the Filipino sour soup dish. This kind of dish is a mouthwatering because it is very delicious even though it is sour and it is suppose to be sour. I love this kind of dish not because of the shrimp but because of the sour soup. I am hungry now just by thinking about it.
