Keukarah is the cake that make of flour mixture and coconut milk that has javelin form that sized one hand adult. This cake is one of of typical snacks from Aceh. It is similar like bird's nest. The keukarah taste is crispy, sweet and fragile. Keukarah become the souvenirs In Aceh because that was populer culiner In Aceh. This cakes often make In wedding ceremony as conducting from the groom to the bride. It is also make ahead of Feast or custom ceremony In Aceh.

There are the recipe of keukarah:
- 250 gr of cornflour
- 500 gr of sugar
- Oil
- 1/2 L of water
How to make this:
- Before the keukarah is Made, the rice was soaked first during one night

- Sift the flour one time and dry it
- Then, the flour is filtered and ready to process
- Next step, intervensi the flour and sugar then was stired and add the water step by step until the dough was average and thick

- After that, the dough can fry while play keukarah by circle the pan with 1/2 cm thickness

- The keukarah is ready to eat
