Ingredients
Paneer 4 tablespoons
Spring roll sheet 4
Green chilli finely chopped 2/3
Grated red chilly 1/2 teaspoon
Salt according your taste
Springs fresh parasol 3-4
Cornflower / cornstarch 2 tablespoons
Flour 1/2 cup

Method
Step 1
Heat the oil as needed in one pan. Pour cottage cheese in a bowl, add processed cheese, green chillies, griddle red chilly, salt, parsley, cornstarch and mix well with your palms.
Step 2
Now make 4 equal parts of this mixture and let them resize a long crow.
Step 3
Mix the flour with water and make a thick paste as needed. Brush this paste with sprinkle of spruce rolls.
Step 4
Place one stroke on each shit and tighten the roll, make long cylinders and seal the edges. But both of them open the blank ½ inches on the edges as they are in the cigar.
Step 5
Now put them in hot oil and fry them until they become golden and cracked. Remove from oil and place on Absorbant paper. Serve every segar halfway.
