Happy Friday 😁 A deliciously decadent twist on rooibos enjoyed in this refreshing berry cocktail.
Ingredients
• 2 teaspoons red berry coulis
• 2 tots coconut liqueur
• 125ml Bokkeveld pure rooibos tea (cooled)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup
Method
Mix red berry coulis, coconut liqueur and vanilla syrup together. Pour into cocktail glass and add the cooled rooibos tea. Garnish with fresh berries.
