The Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of cooking oil
- 1 tbsp of chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- Dilis (fish anchovy)
- 2 tbsp of bagoong alamang
- 1/2 kg sliced unripe langka
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
Cooking Time
First Heat the oil.
Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant and golden brown. Add the dilis (fish anchovy) and cook until it turns brown and tosted.
Add bagoong alamang, and the langka cook for about another 5 minutes or until it get's tender. add the salt, pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the coconut milk and bring to boil.
Serve hot with rice. Enjoy!
