Spanish Tortilla. Peel one kg of potatoes and slice thinly. Peel and slice an onion. Fry the onions and potato in a large frying pan in 4 tablespoons of olive oil on moderate heat for 15 or 20 minutes until the potatoes can be pierced with a fork. Beat 10 eggs. Add one teaspoon of salt and all the potatoes and onion and mix. Put another 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the fry pan. Return the mixture to the pan and heat on moderate to low heat for 5 to ten minutes until the base is cooked. Now place a large plate on top of the tortilla. Turn the pan over so that the tortilla sits in the plate. Return the tortilla to the pan so the uncooked half of the tortilla is at the bottom. Cook for 5 to ten minutes until cooked but not burnt. Empty onto a plate. Let it cool for 5 minutes and serve. You can keep it in the fridge and serve cold too.

今日は大量にジャガイモもらったので
シンプルにジャガイモ玉ねぎだけ
冷めても美味しいので翌日でも大丈夫
