Hello friends, today I want to show you the recipe for a very tasty apple strudel. I love strudel is my favorite dessert!
I bake strudel with great pleasure. And more often than with the apple filling. This is the filling and is famous for the real strudel. Besides apples in the stuffing add more cinnamon and walnuts.
Ingredients:
● 1 puff pastry sheet
● 2-3 large apples (preferably acidic)
● 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
● 2 tablespoons sugar
● 2 tablespoon of flour
● Half a cup of chopped nuts
● 4 tablespoons sugar
● Beat 1 egg for lubrication
Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 190 degrees.
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes. Put in a bowl and mix with cinnamon, sugar and flour. Leave for 20 minutes to apples soaked.
2. In a separate bowl, combine nuts and sugar.
3. Roll out 1 dough sheet, sprinkle with the nut mixture and top with apple mixture. Close the filling, wrapping the edges of the test.
4. Put the rolls on a baking sheet, the laid paper. Grease lubricated egg. Make a longitudinal incision on each roulade.
5. Bake at 190 degrees 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
Apple strudel is ready. Now you need to sprinkle powdered sugar strudel. Then cut into pieces, and you can enjoy the taste of apple strudel!
