Flour - 1 glass
Milk - 1 glass
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons
Salt - pinch
Vanilla - 10 g
Butter - 50 g
- Preheat the milk on the stove.
- Eggs mixed with sugar and salt until lush.
- Melt butter to room temperature.
- Add the cream butter to the egg mass and mix well.
- Add milk to the egg mass.
- Gradually add flour, stirring constantly the dough.
- Lubricate the frying pan with vegetable oil and lay out two tablespoons of dough.
- Bake pancakes on each side for about one minute.
- Pancakes put on a plate and pour with honey.
