This tasty coconut shake, currently plays an important role in Venezuelan family traditions. Its ingredients vary depending on the region where you are. Below I will show you step by step how they prepare in my family:
Ingredients:
• 1 coconut
• 1 can of condensed milk.
• 1/2 liter of coconut milk.
• Cinnamon powder to taste.
Preparation process:
- The first thing to do is place all the ingredients at hand.
- We proceed to chop the coconut, trying to find a safe and stable place to avoid accidents. Do it carefully to get the water from the fruit.
- Once the coconut is completely gone, try to extract its pulp with a spoon or any utensil that facilitates the process.
- Then that pulp is minced into small squares.
- In a blender add the chopped coconut, the coconut milk, the coconut water that you previously removed, and the condensed milk, and begin to beat, adding little by little ice to taste.
- And it's ready to serve very cold.
- To serve it you can offer it in its shell to give it a more decorative touch, adding a pinch of cinnamon on top.
