Here's a simple Pie recipe that is my go to when the sweet tooth cravings kick in! Enjoy...
INGREDIENTS:
CRUST
- 1 Cup Raw Almonds
- 1 Cup pitted Dates
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalania Salt
FILLING
- 3 Large Avocados
- 1/4 cup Real Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
Instructions
1.) Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Spread almonds on a baking sheet and toast for 10 min. Remove and allow to cool.
2.) Place Crust ingredients in a food processor and process to a nice moist texture. Press Crust ingredients into a 9 in pie pan.
3.) Combine all Filling ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Spoon Filling into Pie Crust and smooth. Refridge rate until ready to serve. Fill free to top with berries, whipped coconut cream is desired...
