Dear fellow Steemians, how are you doing today?.. All well I hope!!
I've been meaning to try this simple and delicious recipe out for a while and now I have it's only fair to share it with you also.
If like me you love garlic and cheese then this is certain to please :-)
You'll need;
>sea salt
>olive oil
>three garlic cloves (grated or finely chopped)
>rosemary (chopped or broken up)
>a camembert cheese wheel
>and a whole unsliced loaf big enough to house the camembert wheel.
To begin with, get the loaf and cut out the size of the camembert from the top and tear out enough bread to leave space for the camembert
Slice an edge off the camembert skin and place it into the cut out bit of the loaf facing up (the skinless side upwards)
Preheat over to 170 degrees
Cut across the crust of the loaf, a few times longways and across sideways
Get the olive oil, rosemary, grated garlic and salt and mix them together, pour the mixture over the bread and into the cuts across
Then simply put into the oven for 25mins and enjoy this lovely gooey, garlicky naughtiness
(I did some smoked bacon on the side)
