[ingredients]
1 packet Maggie
1 medium tomato
2-3 baby corns
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
4-5 cashew nuts
4 red chillies
2-3 tablespoon oil
1/2 tablespoon garam masala
1/4 tablespoon chat masala
1 tablespoon butter
1 /2 tablespoon fresh cream
Some water
Salt to taste
Recipe-
First add some water in a pan and put some tomatoes and ginger,garlic abd cashew nuts, 4 dried red chillies in a pan ..now cover the pan abd let this sit on medium flame fir 10 minutes. After that turn the gas off and let this mixture cool down, after that put this mixture in your mixture grinding jar cover it and grind a smooth paste.
Then in a pan add 2-3 tablespoon of oil and add boiled baby corns and this mixture in the pan after a minute or so add half teaspoon garam masala ,1 tablespoon chaat masala and add maggi masala packet which comes with the noodles add a little salt according to your taste. Add a little water cover the pan and you need to cook this at low flame till the oil separates from the sides. At the end all the butter in the gravy And fresh cream. Now boil the maggi noddles in separate pan. After it’s done add the noddles in the gravy. Mix it up well and walla your makhni super delicious maggi is ready.
