Check out this rainbow smoothie, combined with chia pudding. The seeds were soaked in almond milk so it suits vegans.
Upper layer: chia pudding made with almond milk.
Middle layers: coconut yoghurt with blackberry jam.
Bottom layer: chia seeds soaked in almond milk and homemade blackberry jam.
