Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 kilo of roasted peanut 1 large tomato
vegetable broth 1 bay leaf
1 large onion salt and oil to your liking
Preparation:
The peanut is cleaned and machined or milled in the blender without water. In a frying pan oil is put, the chopped onion, the peeled and chopped tomato, along with the Laurel and the salt and it is carried to simmer for the FRY. When it is tender add the peanuts and enough broth to make the sauce is quite juicy.
