🐷😋 Let Me Make You Hungry ! With my delicious pork roast , which was browned and then baked in the oven along with 6 yummy potatoes , 4 carrots and 1 onion ! Mmmmm , it was slow cooked , juicy , tender and delicious !!
😋🐷 This is a very economical , One Pot / Easy Peasy family dinner , that your whole family will love , Enjoy My Fellow Steemians !

😋🐷 Lets Get Cooking I Am Starved ! 🐷😋
First : Rub the roast with olive oil or canola oil along with your favorite spices / Add a couple Tbsp. of butter to a well heated cast iron pot and sear the pork on all sides / Remove pork from pan , brown I chopped onion then add 2 & 1\2 Cups of water along with 2 chicken bullion cubes , stir until desolved / Put roast back in pan and into a 370 degree oven for about 45 minutes , Basting once.
