Healthy Vegan Yum Bowl
Last night we whipped up this delicious dinner and it was a hit. The pot was scrapped clean we all loved it so much. It's simple and easy and cooked in 30 minutes. We like to cook pretty simple. We eat to live not live to eat. 5-ingredient recipes save time and money and also let each food standout, so every dish tastes different.
First gather all your ingredients. Here we have organic jasmine rice and organic sliced sweet bell peppers. We used a whole bag of peppers to flavor the rice. Sweet peppers are also rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, and Potassium.
Also a can of organic beans to bulk it up with PROTEIN! I expound on that because usually when you are vegan or vegetarian the first thing people ask is, "Where do you get your protein?! You need protein!" Many people are surprised when they find out how much protein are in leafy greens. Think about how big and strong the buffalo is, and they eat grass all day!
This is so simple, next put all ingredients in the pot with the required amount of water for the rice.
Add a dash of HIMALAYAN PINK SALT. This salt is considered "real salt" because it it filled with over 82 trace minerals. It enables our bodies to be more highly conductive to energy.
See, when we eat we must start thinking in the form of vitamins, minerals, nutrients as the TRUE fuel that powers your body. Activing all of our receptors so we are fully charge. Our minds will be sharper, our body more nimble.
Lastly, the rice was put to cook on high heat until it started to simmer, then reduced to low for about 20-30 mins, and Viola. Healthy, simple, and tasty fuel for your living machine.
Stir in a tbsp of coconut oil for an exotic flavor and serve with sliced organic tomatoes and organic avocados.
