Today I bring you a recipe that since I was little my mother and my grandmother cooked it as a starter. Clams with white wine.
If you like seafood you have to try it once, for sure you will love it.
The ingredients we need:
- 1kg clams
- White wine
- Garlic and parsley
- 1 tablespoon of flour
It is a dish without great complications to prepare and that many people like.
Well let's start:
1- we put the clams in water and salt for an hour or two, so they open and lose the sand.
2- In a frying pan we add olive oil and when it is hot, the pergil and garlic are thrown.
3- After a few minutes we put the clams.
4- When the clams are about to be cooked you put the white wine and a teaspoon of flour is followed and after a
few minutes when the sauce is well mixed and we can serve.
