Time for another baking episode. In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to make a Pumpkin Roll. This pumpkin roll cake recipe is really easy to make and it perfect for the fall season, or any season really, especially if you like pumpkin! If I can make it you can make it, let's get baking.

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. ground cloves (optional)
• 1/4 tsp. of table salt
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup of white granulated sugar
• 2/3 cup of canned pumpkin (or use fresh)

Frosting:

• 8 ounces of soften cream cheese
• 1 cup of powdered sugar (confectioners)
• 6 Tbsp. of unsalted softened butter
• 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
• powdered sugar for the cloth and dusting.
