Time for another baking episode. In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to make a Pumpkin Roll. This pumpkin roll cake recipe is really easy to make and it perfect for the fall season, or any season really, especially if you like pumpkin! If I can make it you can make it, let's get baking.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. of table salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of white granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup of canned pumpkin (or use fresh)
Frosting:
- 8 ounces of soften cream cheese
- 1 cup of powdered sugar (confectioners)
- 6 Tbsp. of unsalted softened butter
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
- powdered sugar for the cloth and dusting.
