You have seen buying a lot of pickles from your super-stores, buying oily non-hygienic food. Why not if I can teach you how to make yours at home. 100% healthy, its tasty and clean from germs because its made by your hands.
Developed and Developing countries rely on commercial food, cooked in laboratories, have bad ingredients which can be harmful to health.
The Achaar my mother prepared, took 1 to 2-DAYs, as i will specifically write about its Ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Spinach Seeds (Rayii)
- Carrot
- Vinegar (full bottle)
- Nigella Sativa (Kalonji Seeds)
- Fenn (Sunf seeds)
- Lemons (cut in half)
- Salt (As per your taste) (Hazb-e-Zaiqa)
- Cauli-Flower (Ghobi)
- Green Pepper (Sabz Mirchay!)
Preparation:
- Cut all the vegetables into pieces as per your desired sized but in Medium-tiny sized.
- Boil all the Vegetables in water for few minutes, not make them very soft, just boil them for a while.
- After boiling a bit, Cover it in cotton, and keep it tight all Night.
- After a DAY, you will see it is dried then, Put 1-liter in vegitables and also add all mentioned seeds, salt from ingredients and shake them with hands so, all materials mixes together.
- after 2-two hours, shake it again, so, it won't damage and will be well-preserved for weeks.
It's ready---
Warning: Use all the kitchen stuff, dry and clean, do-not add water or it will rust and expires.
Keep all utensils clean and dry so, the material of PICKLE will preserve well.
