DESCRIPTION
Egg Fried Rice
INGREDIANTS
Cooked Rice: 2 cups
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Beans: 5 to 6 finely chopped
Carrot: 1 small carrot (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves: 5 to 6 finely chopped
Red Chilly Sauce: 1tsp
Soya Sauce: 2tsp
Red Chilly Powder: 1/2tsp
Eggs: 2
Cooking Oil: 3 tsp
Salt to taste
- Break the eggs in bowl, add some salt and mix well.
- Heat the pan add 1tsp oil to it.
- Add beaten egg mixture to the pan.
- Scramble the eggs and allow it to cook for 3 to 4 mins in medium to high flame.
- Remove the eggs from pan and keep it in a plate.
- In the same pan add 2 tsp of oil and add chopped onions,
- Cook the onions till color changes.
- Now add chopped beans and carrot and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add previously cooked eggs and mix well.
- Now add cooked rice to the mixture and add soya sauce, red chilly sauce, red chilly powder and salt to taste.
