It is a very delicious and tender dish, full of vitamins and protein.
Ingredients:
500g chicken fillet
Oil
1-2 fresh marrow squash
For marinade:
0.5 tsp honey
Salt, spices (black sesame, oregano or thyme)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp apple vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Directions:
1. Cut fillet into pieces of medium size, put in a bowl, add marinade ingredients, mix and leave for 30-50 minutes.
2. Slice marrow squash, add salt and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Take wooden dowels, put a slice of rolled up marrow squash, then a piece of fillet and so on.
4. Fry for 10 minutes on a very hot pan on each side.
You may serve it with sauce (sour cream and a clove of garlic).
