Hi, firends! I share the next tasty dessert!
Ingredients:
Cream of 15% 300 ml
Cherry juice 300 of ml
Vanilla sugar to taste
Gelatin 20gr
Sugar is added to cream and we mix.
Gelatin is added by 100 ml of water and we leave for 40 minutes. We divide gelatin into two portions.
We warm one portion of gelatin on fire and we add to cream. We disturb and spill in a form. We put in the refrigerator before freezing.
Other gelatin is added to cherry juice and we spill from above creamy jelly and we put in the refrigerator.
We decorate a ready dessert.
