Recipe for grilled trout, stuffed with lemon and greens. Instead of
thyme and rosemary, you can take tarhun.
4 whole trout
fresh thyme and rosemary
salt and pepper
1 lemon
a few cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. chili peppers
5 tablespoons olive oil
Cut the lemon in half, leave one half, cut the other into thin slices.
Peel and chop the garlic, cut the herbs. Mix the olive oil, chili,
herbs, lemon and garlic.
Add Trout and season with pepper, stuff each fish with the prepared
mixture and leave for 1 hour.
Grill the trout for about 4 minutes on each side.
