Today I will make a Soup Fish Cakes (Korea Food) Very simple and I'll show you how to make it so that you can all try it. Hope you like it :)
INGREDIENTS
- 1/5 liter of water
- 5 ounces of anchovy
- 1 clove onion
- 150 grams of mustard
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cayenne pepper
- 2 leaves of leeks
- Eomuk frozen
Set the pot and fill with 1.2 liters of water. Then enter a little anchovy and medium-size onion half.
Prepare mustard / cabbage / turnip 150 grams, Wash and cut small. Enter a mustard / cabbage / turnip into a pot containing anchovies and onions earlier.
While waiting for our soup to boil, we have prepared the following ingredients, namely 3 garlic, 1 cayenne pepper and 1 leek. Cut the garlic and scallions as above
Prepare Eomuk, Because Eomuk in a frozen state, soak it with water until the flexible, approximately 5-10 minutes.
After boiling skewers like the picture above.
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a half tablespoon of salt, a little sugar and pepper to taste.
Eomuk enter the sate that we are prepared, enter the leeks and boil again for 30 seconds.
