Yep, going vegan!!!
After all, why not try and see how it feel?
On my first attempt at shopping vegan, it was really interesting to take the time and see what was available as alternative to feed myself...
Gone basic
- Carrots and cauliflower, rawness vegetable
- bread - tomatoes - for tomato sandwich
- Apple, banana & figs - as daily snacks
- Cranberry juice - which I use for my smoothie with frozen berries that I already had
- Pesto, Garlic & tomatoes - will be use for my wonderful pesto pasta
- cracker - to match with my home made humus
- Rice milk, to try and replace milk in my home made granola cereal
It's not a big grocery store, I only need stuff for 3 days and I'll be out for the weekend. But again, it took a while that I bought so many vegetables and fruit, and yet it's been a long time since I made a grocery order with so many items for so inexpensive.
