2 onions
1 glass of water
2 bay leaves
4 -5 peas of sweet pepper
Ribers wash and cut into a width of 4-5 cm Salt, pepper.
On the heated frying pan pour the oil and put the ribs. Good fry on both sides.
Peel the onion and cut into thin feathers and add to the ribs.
When the onion is browned, pour the meat with water, add bay leaf, sweet pepper and simmer under the lid for about 40 minutes. Season to taste. Ready to serve ribs in a warm form.
