Hey fellow Steem-ers!
Just wanted to share a picture of what, in my opinion, is the tastiest plate of food you can find in the northern parts of India. But, at the same time, it is also possibly the most underrated dish. Never gets the recognition it deserves. I've cooked it soo many times but it always feels like this cook was better than all the ones before!

India is probably one of the richest regions in terms of simple and delicious foods, and this is the crown jewel!
