So I tried to blend two of my favorite flavor profiles, Indian and Chinese :)
Saute'd a seasonal blend of veggies in spicy Schezwan stir-fry sauce and pressure cooked rice in a spicy Indian broth made with flavors of a renowned South-Indian delicacy, "Rasam" :)
In all honesty, some of the most creative cooking I've done in recent times ^_^
