[ENG]Hello friend stemians, today I will share the recipe to make a shrimp asam keueng which is certainly familiar to us who live in aceh. Here's the recipe :
[IND]Hello sahabat stemians, hari ini saya akan berbagi resep membuat udang asam keueng yang tentunya sudah tidak asing lagi bagi kita yang tinggal di aceh. Berikut resepnya :
Ingredients (bahan-bahan) :
-3 ounce of shrimp (3ons udang)
-1sdt salt (1sdt garam)
-Enough water (Air secukupnya)
Softened seasoning (bumbu yang di haluskan*) :
-2 cloves of garlic (2 siung bawang putih)
-20 pieces of cayenne pepper (20 buah cabai rawit)
-2cm turmeric (2cm kunyit)
-1 handheld asam sunti (1 genggam asam sunti)
* Sliced โโmaterial (Bahan yang diiris) :
-3 Star fruit (3 buah belimbing)
-5 pieces of green chili (5 buah cabai hijau)
* How to make (Cara Membuat) :
-Clean the shrimp, give lime juice and salt (Bersihkan udang, beri perasan jeruk nipis dan garam)
-Puree the ingredients for the finer spices (Haluskan bahan-bahan untuk bumbu halus)
-Then put the slices of starfruit and green chilli into the law, then enter the seasoning and give enough water (Kemudian masukkan irisan belimbing dan cabai hijau ke dalam udang, lalu masukkan bumbu dan beri air secukupnya)
-Wait until boiling, give salt and flavor correction (Tunggu sampai mendidih, beri garam dan koreksi rasa)
-Turn off the fire, lift and serve (Matikan api, angkat dan sajikan)
