Preparation:
We take the milk to the fire, when it is lukewarm we add the lemon juice who is the one who makes the effect of cutting the milk, we add sugar, it is not stirred by anything until we see big lumps with the beater is when we start to beat on a low heat so it does not burn.
After everything is lumpy, turn off and let it cool, it is not necessary to place it in the fridge.
There are people who like to add cinnamon sticks, vanilla or lemon conchitas at the time of mixing the ingredients, I leave that to your liking.
