Go to the bakers and ask him to sell you some dough for his bagettes (You can ask him if he uses the 72% formula 1Kg flour / 720ml of water / 18g salt)
Roll the dough into a ball and let it sit at 35 C for 1 hour covered with a tissue so the dough works.
Pre-heat the oven to the max (300 C at least, in my case i set the oven to grill and max and put the pizza stone on the upper tray.)
Stretch the dough napolitanian style.

Once stretched you are ready...
I used 1 pot of Petit Suisse (A french creamy thing like a non sour yogurt)
Feta cheese, some pesto, some bits of smoked lard origan olive oil and half a tiny onion.
Cook 10 minutes on the oven turning from time to time...
