Ingredient:
- 1 tbsp of coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of hot spicy powder
- 5 teaspoons of powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of milk
- 1 cup of flour
- one pinch of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee
- salt 1/4 teaspoon
- sugar one tablespoon
- cold water requirement
- oil for frying.
Preparation:
First mix the salt, sugar, oil and baking powder with the dough, make a little dough with cold water and keep it covered for 20 minutes. Heat the oil in the frying pan and cook the bowl with the remaining spices and cumin leaves will have to cook.
